Small vintage armchair upholstered in Beige tinted Curly Shearling.
Legs in varnished Beechwood.
Designer Gösta Jonsson
Armchair sourced and restored in-home.
Our seats are made of hides and furs. These are living materials that evolve over time. Hide is a naturally impermeable material which makes it very easy to clean.
Vacuuming your seat regularly. If stained, scrub the area with cold water only, without detergent or washing powder, you will risk changing the integrity of our products.
If your furniture has deteriorated, our workshop is able to respond to your request for your product repair and restoration. We invite you to contact our sales department.
Paying attention to where you place your seat will contribute to its longevity. It should be protected from damp and prolonged exposure to light.
Choose natural colours if you are exposed to strong sunlight, especially in the mountains, as they do not fade. If you opt for tinted skins, install anti-UV filters on the windows.
However, our tinted hides may lose colour saturation and fade slightly over time.
WORKSHOP SECRET
The most beautiful vintage armchairs in the world have left their mark on design history with their clean lines and unmatched comfort.
Like little icons, they travel the world and grace interiors everywhere.
The armchair is a true playground for designers—a space for experimentation. Unlike sofas, it requires fewer materials and is easier to produce, giving designers more freedom. It offers a broader scope for innovation – a real space for creative freedom.
A Swedish furniture designer and architect, he was born in Scania, Sweden, and studied architecture at the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm. His designs are characterized by simplicity and functionality, with a focus on clean lines and natural materials.
