Founded in Strasbourg by Sonia Linard in 2010 and awarded the EPV (Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant) label in 2023, our Maison offers high-end collections of rugs, throws, cushions, seats and furniture.

Our workshop, located in Alsace, brings together upholsterers and seamstresses to produce all of our creations. Bearing the prestigious Made in France label, our products are exported worldwide.

Our Collections are entirely conceived and designed by our design studio, under the artistic direction of Sonia Linard.

Our rare savoir-faire – working with hides and furs – allows us to shape these exceptional materials, always respecting the material itself and with a conscious desire for creative freedom. All of our creations can be tailor-made upon request.

Online Ordering

All payments are completely secure.

Preferred payment options: Instant bank transfer. Upon placing your order, you will receive a secure link to validate the transaction directly from your online banking interface.

Alternatively, we can send you a secure payment URL via email or SMS to make a standard bank transfer.

We accept secure credit card payments: Mastercard, Visa, CB, American Express. Credit card details are not stored.

We accept PayPal payments.

The final order amount is in Euros, but payment options will be offered in both Euros and your local currency.

Full payment is required at the time of order to initiate the production of a piece.

We do not accept remote credit card payments.

I am a customer from outside the European Union – Do I have to pay taxes and customs duties?

- For our customers located outside the European Union, please note that import duties are not included in the prices displayed online. You may be required to pay customs duties when you receive your order or later, in accordance with your country’s customs legislation. You will not be required to pay French VAT, but local taxes may be payable on receipt of your order.

I am a private customer in the European Union – Do I have to pay taxes and customs duties?

- When you place an order within your own customs zone of country, no import duties apply. However, you will have to pay French VAT which will be included in the final price.

I am a European business customer and I have and intra-community VAT number – Is it possible to receive an invoice without VAT?

- If your company is based in the European Union but outside France, you will not have to pay French VAT. Please send us your intra-community VAT number and your full postal address to sales@norki.com and we will be sure to send you an invoice excluding VAT.

We deliver all over the world, except Russia, North Korea and Afghanistan.

We offer two shipping options:

Standard Shipping is included in the product price; White Glove shipping is available on quote only.

- Standard Shipping:

Our shipping partner will make a delivery known as "kerbside delivery". In other words, the product will be delivered and unloaded in front of the building. (In the case of standard delivery, the delivery person may refuse to deliver to the floor).

- White Glove Shipping:

Our shipping partner will unload, unpack, and install your product in the room of your choice.

We ship all over the world except Russia, Afghanistan and North Korea.

All our pieces are made to order and are dispatched according to manufacturing lead times, which vary according to each item. Shipping times for all our pieces are shown on the description pages for each item.

We take care of the shipping of our pieces. You can organise your own pick-up, just let us know before you place your order.

All our pieces are made to order and to your taste. We are therefore unable to accept cancellations of orders.

All orders cannot be returned or exchanged. If a part is faulty, please contact us at sales@norki.com or by telephone on +33 (0)3 88 36 89 54.

The art of giving with Norki.

We offer two gift services:
- Gift cards valid in one of our three boutiques or on our website.
- We can send a gift to the person of your choice, accompanied by a note and a non-quantified voucher.

Objects

The hides used in the manufacture of our products are living materials that evolve, soften, and patina, just like the leather of a club chair. Intrinsically waterproof, they are very easy to maintain.

- Sheepskin and/or Shearling rugs, cushions, and seats: as with a wool or silk rug, we recommend vacuuming regularly. Do not hesitate to brush the hairs monthly with a stiff brush to prevent the wool from felting.
All our sheepskin and/or shearling rugs are delivered with a stiff brush.

- Cowhide or Foal rugs, cushions, and seats: as with a wool or silk rug, we recommend vacuuming regularly.

- Fur rugs, cushions, and seats: these rare materials require regular gentle brushing to preserve their initial beauty.
All our fur rugs are delivered with a soft brush.

- Throws: regular gentle brushing will allow these exceptional pieces to last over time.

All our throws are delivered with a soft brush.

Our rugs are very easy to care for.

- Sheepskin and/or Shearling rugs: as with wool or silk rugs, we recommend regular vacuuming.

Our Maison is committed to the environment.

In keeping with our ethical values, and in order to guarantee the impeccable quality of all our creations, we only work with hides from European geographical areas.

This choice is in line with our strategy of reducing our carbon footprint, but also with a drastic selection of our suppliers.

Our raw materials, by-products of the agri-food industry, are magnified to create sustainable products that always respect animals.

Whether you wish to receive a sample of one of our Collection rugs or wish to create a tailor-made rug, we can send you the sample of your choice.

All our rug samples measure 0,98 × 0,98 ft and are lined with the same lining as our finished rugs. Within 24 hours you will receive a detailed quote including the manufacturing of the requested sample and transportation.

Numerous colours, from the brightest to the softest, from Natural White to baby Yellow and Scarlet Red, all possibilities are open to you. Our material samples measure 0,49 × 0,49 ft.

If you have a specific need, please let us know. Within 24 hours, you will receive a detailed quote including the requested samples and transportation.

The hides and furs used are intrinsically hypoallergenic.

All Norki pieces are made entirely in our workshop in Molsheim.

All the pieces in our Vintage Collection are sourced directly by us in the countries of origin of the greatest designers of the last century, mainly in Scandinavia. The pieces are then restored in our Alsatian workshop.

The delivery time for each piece is indicated on the description pages of each reference.

- For a delivery to Corsica, the delivery time is between 8 and 15 working days.
- For all deliveries in mainland France, the delivery time is between 2 and 8 working days.
- For all deliveries to overseas France, the delivery time is between 20 and 30 working days.
- For a delivery to a European country within the EEC, the delivery time is between 8 and 15 working days.
- For a delivery to a European country outside the EEC (United Kingdom & Switzerland), the delivery time is between 10 and 20 working days.
- For all deliveries to the United States and Canada, the delivery time is between 8 and 20 working days.
- Other countries: a quote is required for all transport as well as to define the delivery times.
Our Maison does not deliver to Russia, Iran, Afghanistan, or North Korea.

Please note that external factors may influence international delivery. We do our best to ensure that each delivery is made on time.
