Norki delivers your orders to France, Europe, and worldwide.

Whether you have ordered a custom-made rug, a throw, an armchair, or a cushion from our Collections, our Maison organizes the transport and delivery of your various pieces. Standard Delivery, White Glove Delivery, International wooden crate Delivery, all options are possible.

DELIVERY TIMES

All our pieces are made to order and are shipped according to the manufacturing times which vary depending on the piece. The delivery time for each piece is indicated on the description pages of each reference.

- For all deliveries in mainland France, the delivery time is between 2 and 8 working days.
- For a delivery to Corsica, the delivery time is between 8 and 15 working days.
- For all deliveries to overseas France, the delivery time is between 20 and 30 working days.
- For a delivery to a European country within the EEC, the delivery time is between 8 and 15 working days.
- For a delivery to a European country outside the EEC (United Kingdom & Switzerland), the delivery time is between 10 and 20 working days.
- For all deliveries to the United States and Canada, the delivery time is between 8 and 20 working days.
- Other countries: a quote is required for all transport as well as to define the delivery times.

Our Maison does not deliver to Russia, Iran, Afghanistan, or North Korea.

Please note that external factors may influence international delivery.
We do our best to ensure that each delivery is made on time.


DELIVERY OPTIONS

We offer two delivery options:
Standard Delivery is included in the product price; White Glove delivery is available on quote only.

- Standard Delivery:
Our shipping partner will make a delivery known as "kerbside delivery". In other words, the product will be delivered and unloaded in front of the building. (In the case of standard delivery, the delivery person may refuse to deliver to the floor).

- White Glove Delivery:
Our shipping partner will unload, unpack, and install your product in the room of your choice.

DELIVERY TO YOUR HOTEL

If you wish, we can also deliver to a hotel.

If you have a last-minute gift — Christmas gifts, birthday gifts — and you are staying in a hotel, we can of course organize the delivery according to the following terms: We will need your first and last name, room number, phone number, email address, and a contact at the hotel.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES POSSIBLE

All our pieces are made to order and produced according to your tastes, so we are unable to accept the cancellation of a confirmed order. Payment of the order constitutes acceptance.

Of course, if a piece is defective, does not correspond to the order or is damaged during transport, a return of the product will be made, and an exchange will be assured within the same timeframes as the initial production.

Any ordered piece cannot be modified or refunded during production. Any accepted and therefore paid order cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded.

All claims must be made to us within a maximum of 72 hours of receipt of the product. We will need photos of the damaged parts and/or packaging.

If the product needs to be returned to us, you are legally responsible for keeping the original packaging and ensuring that the product is repackaged so that Norki can organize the collection.
