Our seats are made of hides and furs. These are living materials that evolve over time. Hide is a naturally impermeable material which makes it very easy to clean.
Vacuuming your seat regularly. If stained, scrub the area with cold water only, without detergent or washing powder, you will risk changing the integrity of our products.
If your furniture has deteriorated, our workshop is able to respond to your request for your product repair and restoration. We invite you to contact our sales department.
Paying attention to where you place your seat will contribute to its longevity. It should be protected from damp and prolonged exposure to light.
Choose natural colours if you are exposed to strong sunlight, especially in the mountains, as they do not fade. If you opt for tinted skins, install anti-UV filters on the windows.
However, our tinted hides may lose colour saturation and fade slightly over time.

CARL MALMSTEN ( 1888 – 1972)
Passionate about natural materials and simplicity, he helped shape Scandinavian aesthetics. Among his iconic works are the Jona Love chairs, created for the 1939 New York World’s Fair. His humanistic and timeless approach makes him one of our favourite designers at Norki, inspiring a commitment to durability and elegance in every creation.
