In 2023, the Maison Norki had the privilege of been an actor in the transformation of a private apartment located in the prestigious 16th arrondissement of Paris. This unique and ambitious project blends Haussmann elegance, Art Deco accents, and contemporary lines from the 70s, requiring a creative and personalized approach to meet the owners' expectations.
An Exceptional Project for Norki
The apartment, located on Rue Octave Feuillet, is a true architectural masterpiece. In collaboration with Tala Fustok Studio, based in West London and renowned for its poetic and personalized interiors, the Maison Norki designed a custom-made floor in natural white sheepskin, adding a touch of luxury and originality to this exceptional space.
A Custom-Made Sheepskin Carpet
For one of the rooms in the apartment, the Norki team designed and crafted a carpet in natural white sheepskin, available in 20 and 30 mm pile heights. This bold choice, combining noble materials and haute couture, transformed the floor into a true artistic canvas. The different pile heights create a dynamic and sculptural composition, playing with shadows and light to reveal the natural beauty of the sheepskin.
